VENDOR/EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

As a vendor at the A2MEND 16th Annual Summit, vendors will have the opportunity to engage with hundreds of potential customers.  Please complete the following application to be considered as a vendor/exhibitor.  A completed application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.  Notification of acceptance will be sent to applicants by email. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first serve basis. Please review all rules and regulations and check that you have read and agree to all terms.

1. Vendors/Exhibitors will be allowed to display/sell their company material, merchandise, etc. during the event on March 2nd, from 7:30am 5:00pm and March 3rd, 7:30am Noon.

2. Booth spaces are 6 ft. x 4 ft. Vendors/Exhibitors may purchase more than one space.

3. Fees are $750.00 per space. Student owned business are free. All fees must be paid upon acceptance to the event.

4. One table and two chairs are included with the booth space.

5. No food or beverage sales allowed.

6. No alcohol or drugs allowed.

7. Set-up and tear-down assistance will not be provided by A2MEND.

8. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their space is clean and clear of trash and debris before leaving the event each day.

9. All items on display, for sale, or provided by vendors must be safe and appropriate for the general public. Any items determined to be unsafe or offensive by A2MEND staff must be removed immediately. Failure to comply will result in the vendor/exhibitor being dismissed from the event with no refund of fees.

10. All firearms, including concealed firearms, are prohibited at this event.

11. A2MEND and it's affiliates are not responsible for theft or loss of property, damages, or injuries suffered by vendors/exhibitors.
