CAREER/JOB FAIR EMPLOYER APPLICATION

A2MEND career fair connects your organization with students and alumni who are pursuing full-time, part-time, internship, volunteer, and graduate school opportunities. Your organization will gain exposure providing company information, gathering resumes, networking, and recruiting from our well qualified candidates seeking employment opportunities. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Written notification of your approval for booth space will be emailed to you.

EVENT INFORMATION

The A2MEND 16th Annual Summit will be held:

March 1-3, 2023

7:30am - 5:00pm (Wednesday & Thursday) and 7:30am - Noon (Friday)

The A2MEND Career Fair will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 4:30pm - 6:00pm and Thursday, March 2, 7:30am - 5:00pm.  Room location will be announced as we approach the summit start date.

  1. Booth spaces are 6 ft. x 30 ft. Vendors/Exhibitors may purchase more than one space.
  2. Fees are $1,500.00 per space.  Fees may be paid via check or credit card.
  3. One table and two chairs are included with the booth space.
  4. Vendor/Exhibitors booth fees include one complimentary admission to all sessions held on Thursday and Friday.  Complimentary admission does not include the Women's Leadership Institute (WLI).
