BLACK MARKET 

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR APPLICATION


A2MEND is currently accepting vendor applications for booth space at the A2MEND 20th Annual Summit, to be held at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. The Black Market vendor option is designed for small or independently owned businesses that offer goods or services.

As a vendor at the A2MEND 20th Annual Summit, participants will have the opportunity to engage with hundreds of attendees and showcase their products or services to a broad and diverse audience.  Each booth rental will receive one complimentary entrance to the convention center.  Please note:  vendors will not have access to participate in main or breakout sessions.  If the vendor would like to attend the sessions, full registration is required.

Please note that vendor and exhibitor applications will be approved only for businesses that provide a tangible product or service. Unfortunately, organizations whose primary purpose is recruitment are not eligible to participate as vendors or exhibitors.

To be considered, please complete the vendor/exhibitor application in full. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be notified of their application status via email. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants are encouraged to carefully review all rules and regulations and confirm acknowledgment and agreement to all terms and conditions prior to submission.

VENDOR BOOTH SPACE INCLUDES:

Booth Space

Booth spaces measure 6 ft. x 8 ft. Vendors/Exhibitors may purchase more than one booth space if additional space is available. Each booth includes divider separating it from adjacent booths. One table and two chairs are included with the booth space.

Meals Included

The $475 vendor fee includes meals for registered vendors as follows:
– Thursday: Breakfast and lunch

Complimentary Entrance to Convention Center

- One complimentary entrance will be included. 

- Does not include full access to all sessions.  To participate in sessions, vendors will be required to register for the full symposium.

1. Vendors/Exhibitors will be allowed to display/sell their company material, merchandise, etc. during the event on Thursday, March 5th, from 10:30am – 6:30pm .

2. Booth Space
Booth spaces measure 6 ft. x 8 ft. Vendors/Exhibitors may purchase more than one booth space if additional space is available. Each booth includes a pipe-and-drape divider separating it from adjacent booths.

3. Vendor Booth Fee includes:
– Thursday: Breakfast and lunch

4. One table and two chairs are included with the booth space.

5. No food or beverage sales allowed.

6. No alcohol or drugs allowed.

7. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their space is clean and clear of trash and debris before leaving the event each day.

8. All items on display, for sale, or provided by vendors must be safe and appropriate for the general public. Any items determined to be unsafe or offensive by A2MEND staff must be removed immediately. Failure to comply will result in the vendor/exhibitor being dismissed from the event with no refund of fees.

9. All firearms, including concealed firearms, are prohibited at this event.

10. A2MEND and it's affiliates are not responsible for theft or loss of property, damages, or injuries suffered by vendors/exhibitors.
