We are excited that you will be joining us for the A2MEND 18th Annual African American Male Summit March 5-7, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency LAX Hotel. Please visit www.A2MEND.net for more detailed information on the summit.


Registration Instructions

When using this registration system, please provide complete and accurate information. Please be mindful that badges are created based on the information you have entered.  Therefore, please take a moment to review your entries before submitting your registration.  If you find that you have made an error or require a change in your registration after submission, please feel free to contact the Registration Management Team at [email protected] or you may call (213) 547-2233.  The deadline for changes or corrections to names only is February 20, 2025. 


Registration Fees

  • Before January 3, 2025 - Professionals $600 and Students $325
  • After January 3, 2025    - Professionals $675 and Students $400


If you are registering a group:

  • Please register the primary registrant first. This individual will the point of contact for the group. 
  • After you have entered the primary registrant's information, you will have the option to "Add Another Registrant."
  • Select "Add Another Registrant" and begin entering the registrants' information.  There isn't a limit to the number of registrants you may enter. 
  • After entering all registrants, you will be prompted to submit the payment information at the bottom of the page.  You may pay by credit card or check. Please note that if you will be paying by check, the payment must be received by January 20, 2025. Payments not received by the deadline date will result in cancellation of registration.


Cancellations/Refunds:

  • All cancellations and/or refunds must be submitted in writing no later than January 1, 2025.  Cancellations thereafter will incur the full registration cost and will be billed to the institution.


If you do not have the complete list of those attending:

  • You may use placeholders for your incomplete list of attendees (i.e., Student 1, Student 2, etc.).  To avoid additional costs, please send all registration updates to the registration team at [email protected] no later than February 20, 2025.  
  • When submitting updates, please be mindful that in order to gain access to the summit mobile app, each registrant must have a unique email address.  The email can be a personal or school related but cannot duplicate another.

Important Information:    Badges will be required for all attendees during the summit, and will be scanned at the entrance of the Ballroom.  For faster check-in, please feel free to use the online remote check-in system that will be offered.  All others, please be reminded to check-in at the registration table. Attendee Information

Student Registration:  If attending students have not been selected at the time of registering, substitute placeholders may be used (i.e., "College Name" Student 1, "College Name" Student 2, etc.) All institutions are required to provide complete information by February 20, 2025 in order for the student to receive a badge. 

Please note, personally identified emails (school or personal email) will be required in order for each participant to have access to the mobile app and receive push notifications during the summit. The system will not allow duplicate emails to be entered.

TERMS:

The A²MEND Summit registration is on a first come, first-served basis. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS AFTER SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION OR NO LATER THAN JANUARY 20, 2025 (WHICHEVER IS THE EARLIEST). IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY DEADLINE, REGISTRATION IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. NO PAYMENTS OR REGISTRATION (VIA CHECK, CREDIT CARD OR PO) WILL BE ACCEPTED ONSITE.

Until payment is received, the status will remain as pending and will not be considered in the final count. Please note that credit card transactions will post by "ExecU Connect."


CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full summit registration fee. In the event that you need to cancel, your cancellation request will need to be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before January 9, 2025 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per attendee. On or after January 9, 2025, all cancellations will incur the complete registration fee.

In the event you registered by check and had not yet submitted payment at the time of cancellation, you will be billed and held responsible for the appropriate amount based on the above. Otherwise, please refer to our refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be offered on cancellations made on or after January 9, 2025.

In the event a registrant does not show for the event and the full amount due has not been paid, the registrant/institution will be billed and held responsible for full payment. Substitutions are welcome and may be made in writing up to 12:00 PM on February 20, 2025, without penalty.

Check or Credit Card - Please note that credit card transactions will post as "ExecU Connect."

Paying by credit card fully completes your registration and avoids delays in payment processing as well as the risk of checks being lost in the mail. As a reminder, your full payment must be received by January 20, 2025.

All payments are due within 30 days of summit registration confirmation. If payment has not been received by January 20, 2025, unfortunately, registration is subject to cancellation.

VIDEOS / PHOTOS

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, A²MEND meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to A²MEND's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

MEDICAL RELEASE

While A²MEND does its best to provide the safest possible environment for the events, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing A²MEND and ExecU Connect & Meet, LLC of any harm.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

A²MEND reserves the right to update the A²MEND database with information provided by registrants for the A²MEND Summit general and pre-conference sessions.

With registration, the attendee agrees and acknowledges they are participating in the summit of their own free will.
