We are happy to see that you/your group will be joining us for ADES 2026 in Ghana. We have provided hotel accommodation options for you to choose from to book your hotel accommodations.  Please note that hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee and must be secured at your own expense.

The ADES Planning Committee has negotiated room blocks for Cape Coast hotels. The list of all hotels and pricing for each room is listed below.  Please note that all hotel accommodations for Cape Coast/Elmina must be booked and paid for via this portal (check or credit card).  This portal is the official system and ONLY method that should be used for booking and securing hotels in Cape Coast/Elmina for ADES 2026.

If you book your hotel via other methods, please note that you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
