Group Registration:
If you have registering a group and do not have the individuals selected to attend or do not have their information at the time of registering, please use "Placeholders." The following information will be mandatory:
1. First Name - Please use "Student or Professional 1, 2, 3, etc."
2. Last Name - Please put "Name of Institution"
Please note that it is important to put the campus as a part of the placeholder so we can connect the registration to the campus. If we are unable to connect a name to an institution, we will have no choice, but to remove the registration. Please see the sample of how the placeholder name should appear: "Student 1 SDCC" or "Professional 3 SDCC"
3. Email Address - Please use the email address for the institution lead who is registering the group.
4. Phone Number - Please use the telephone number (cell or office) for the institution lead who is registering the group.
All other information can be left blank until January 20, 2026. Thereafter, any information missing may result in the cancellation of the registration. Therefore, please plan to "Claim Your Account" in the registration system. This will allow you to add and change information, even register additional registrants under your group.
