Registration Form

We are excited that you will be joining us for the Chief Student Services Officers 2025 Annual Spring Conference, March 18-21, 2025, at the Hilton Union Square San Francisco. 

When using this registration system, please provide complete and accurate information. Please be mindful that badges are created based on the information you have entered.  Therefore, please take a moment to review your entries before submitting your registration. 

Group Registration:  Please complete the registration form for the primary registrant first.  Then click on "Next." Continue to enter information on the primary registrant.  After completing all required information, please select "Save Registrant."  You will then have the option to continue to "Add Registrant" or "Billing."  To receive the group discount, a minimum of least five (5) registrants must register on the same registration record.  If the group falls below five (5), the remaining registrants in the group will be billed at $750 per registrant.

Pursuant to ADA, please indicate whether you will require special aid, services, or accommodations.

Meal Preference 

The CSSO 2025 Annual Spring Conference registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. All attendees must register and pay prior to the start of the Conference. No walk ins accepted once the conference registration closes. Registration is only confirmed with payment in full. Until payment is received, the status will remain as pending and will not be considered in the final count. All payments must be received by March 7, 2025. Please Note: No payments will be accepted on site via PO.

Please note that credit card transactions will post by "ExecU Connect."

CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full conference registration fee. In the event that you need to cancel, your cancellation request will need to be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before January 19, 2025 and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per attendee. After January 19, 2025, all cancellations will incur the complete registration fee.

In the event you registered by check and had not yet submitted payment at the time of cancellation, you will be billed and held responsible for the appropriate amount based on the above.

For cancellations on paid registrations made on or before January 19, 2025, all refunds will be made within 15 business days after the conference has taken place.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be offered on cancellations made on or after January 19, 2025.

In the event a registrant does not show for the event and the full amount due has not been paid, the registrant/institution will be billed and held responsible for full payment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Check or Credit Card - Please note that credit card transactions will post as "ExecU Connect."

Paying by credit card fully completes your registration and avoids delays in payment processing as well as the risk of checks being lost in the mail.

All payments are due within 30 days of conference registration confirmation or March 7, 2025 (whichever comes first).

IMPORTANT: Be sure to include your NAME (unless already listed on the check) and invoice number / confirmation number in the memo section of your check.

VIDEOS / PHOTOS

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CSSO's conference and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CSSO's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

PLEASE NOTE: No attendee, speaker, presenter, or other entity may electronically record or broadcast any segment or portion of the CSSO conference. All recording is strictly prohibited.

MEDICAL RELEASE

While CSSO does its best to provide the safest possible environment for the events, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing CSSO and ExecU Connect & Meet, LLC of any harm.
