The CSSO 2024 Fall Symposium registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is only confirmed with payment in full. Until payment is received, the status will remain as pending and will not be considered in the final count. Please note that credit card transactions will post by "ExecU Connect."

CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full symposium registration fee. In the event that you need to cancel, your cancellation request will need to be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before September 1, 2024 and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per attendee. After September 1, 2024, all cancellations will incur the complete registration fee.

In the event you registered by check and had not yet submitted payment at the time of cancellation, you will be billed and held responsible for the appropriate amount based on the above.

For cancellations on paid registrations made on or before September 1, 2024, all refunds will be made within 15 business days after the symposium has taken place.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be offered on cancellations made on or after
September 1, 2024.

In the event a registrant does not show for the event and the full amount due has not been paid, the registrant/institution will be billed and held responsible for full payment.

Paying by credit card fully completes your registration and avoids delays in payment processing as well as the risk of checks being lost in the mail. As a reminder, your full payment must made before the summit starts.

All payments are due within 30 days of symposium registration confirmation or prior to the start of the symposium (whichever comes first).

VIDEOS / PHOTOS

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CSSO's symposium and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CSSO's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

PLEASE NOTE: No attendee, speaker, presenter, or other entity may electronically record or broadcast any segment or portion of the CSSO symposium. All recording is strictly prohibited.

MEDICAL RELEASE

While CSSO does its best to provide the safest possible environment for the events, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing CSSO and ExecU Connect & Meet, LLC of any harm.
